• If your order arrives damaged of defective, we assist with a refund or replacement within 7 days after you received the product.

  • We cannot process a refund or replacement for the simple change of mind when you already opened the product.
  • There will be an $25.00 of return shipping fee for the refund or replacement of the unopened product in the case of simple change of mind within a month.
  • If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot process a refund or replacement.
