[Deepth] Return&Refund Policy
- We are an authorized reseller of Deepth USA, and we offer the same one year warranty as Deepth USA.
- Please be sure to reference your order number when communications with our customer service team for faster processing.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, we assist with a free refund or replacement within one month after purchasing the product.
- We only accept refunds and replacement request of the product within a month of purchase.
- There will be a $25.00 return shipping fee for the refund or replacement of opened products.
- For product exchange or refund request due to simple change of mind, only unopened products will be accepted and a return shipping fee of $25.00 will be charged.
- There will be an additional charge of $5.50 for lost or damaged packages.
- Additional charges may be issued if the returned product is damaged.
- We offer free repairs for products purchased within one year.
- Only products purchased on www.platform-k.com may be processed for a refund or replacement.
- If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or unable to be located, we are unable to refund the order amount.
- We are not responsible for personal damages of an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot process a refund or replacement.
